Feminist Humanitarian Network celebrated as a Start Network 'Changemaker'
The Feminist Humanitarian Network was recognized and celebrated for our collective way of working as a Start Network ‘Changemaker’.
As part of Start Network’s 10-year anniversary, the organisation celebrated change makers who have made or are making a considerable impact within their community, country, region, organisation or wider system – individuals, teams or organisations that are driving positive change within the humanitarian sector.

Board member: Women Peace and Security and Humanitarian Action Compact (WPS HA Compact)
The Generation Equality Forum developed a new Compact for Women, Peace and Security and Humanitarian Action. The Board and Catalytic members represent a diverse group of stakeholders that will mobilize an inter-generational, inclusive global movement for action on women, peace and security and humanitarian action. Board Members are expected to lead the design and implementation of the Compact, with support from Catalytic Members.

Co-Chair of the Grand Bargain's Friend's of Gender Group
In 2023, the Feminist Humanitarian Network become a signatory of the Grand Bargain and was appointed Co-Chair of the Grand Bargain’s Friends of Gender Group.
The Grand Bargain, now in itas third iteration, is a unique agreement between some of the largest donors and humanitarian organisations who have committed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the humanitarian action, in order to get more means into the hands of people in need.

Funding Board member: The United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF)
The Feminist Humanitarian Network is a Board Member of the Funding Board of the United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) serves as our guiding and supervisory body. It is composed of four UN entities, four civil society organizations, and our four largest donors.
The United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) supports local and grassroots women’s civil society leaders and their organizations in conflict and crisis settings worldwide.
